The consumer had multiple electrical problems and defective seats and brought the vehicle back for service 8 times and was out of service about 43 days within the new car Lemon Law warranty.

Thomas Arceri v. FCA US LLC
On March 15, 2018, Consumer Thomas Arceri leased a new 2019 Jeep Cherokee from Smith Haven Jeep in New York. The consumer had chronic intermittent problems with the radio / central control display and brought the vehicle back for service 5 times and was out of service, about 52 days within the new car Lemon Law warranty

Allison Quinto v. Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC
On June 8, 2018, Consumer Allison Quinto leased a new 2018 Land Rover Range Rover from Land Rover Huntington in New York. The consumer had multiple electric problems and brought the vehicle back for service 8 times and was out of service, about 60 days within the new car Lemon Law warranty.

William and Barbara Ahlers v. Subaru of America, Inc.
On March 31, 2017, Consumers William Ahlers and Barbara Ahlers purchased a new 2017 Subaru Outback from Grand Prix Subaru, Hicksville, New York. The consumer’ brought the vehicle in for service alleging that the car would not start. The vehicle had to be towed in several times. At one point the lift gate opened on its own. The battery was replaced three times and the EMC had to be updated.
