Kevin Aldrich v. FCA US LLC
On September 20, 2017, Consumer Kevin Aldrich purchased a new 2017 Dodge Ram Longhorn from Westbury Jeep, New York. On October 17, 2017, the consumer brought the vehicle into Westbury Jeep for service alleging that the rear defrost does not work and that the lines on the back window have scratches, the tail gate is damaged and the climate control keeps coming on the screen.

Robert Rapisarda v. FCA US LLC
On April 16, 2018, Consumer Robert Rapisarda purchased a new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Port Jefferson Chrysler Jeep, Port Jefferson Station, New York. On July 3, 2018, the consumer brought the vehicle to Port Jefferson Chrysler Jeep for safety recalls.

Oscar Deco, Inc. / Aida Calderon v. Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC
On March 27, 2018, Consumer Aida Calderon leased a new 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 from Silverstar Auto Resource LLC of Long Island City, NY. On May 2, 2018, the consumer brought the vehicle in for service alleging that the oil was leaking. The technician found that there was a weak leaking seal.

Peter Arner v. Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC
On January 12, 2018, Consumer Peter Arner, leased a new 2017 Land Rover Discovery from, Heritage Jaguar of Freeport, Inc., Freeport, NY. On January 16, 2018, the consumer brought the car in for service alleging that there was a leak in the front windshield and that the tire pressure monitoring fault light was on.
