Bentley
On Aug. 25. 2001, plaintiff, Thomas LaRusso purchased a used 1993 Bentley automobile from Carriage House Motor Cars in Greenwich, Conn. The vehicle was covered by a one-year warranty. On Nov. 5, 2001, LaRusso noted that the car was exhibiting poor engine performance.

Cadillac Escalade
In June 2007, claimant Ira Kitzen purchased a new 2007 Cadillac Escalade sport utility vehicle. The $62,899.82 purchase included a standard manufacturer's warranty. Kitzen contended that the vehicle experienced transmission-related problems that began less than one month after he purchased the vehicle.

Cadillac STS Sedan
In February 2008, claimant Louis Ruggiero purchased a new 2008 Cadillac STS sedan. The purchase included a standard manufacturer's warranty. Ruggiero claimed that, two months after he purchased the vehicle, it began to experience problems including an engine fire.

Cadillac XLR Convertible Roadster
In 2007, the Consumer purchased a new 2007 Cadillac XLR Roadster for $75,000.00 and the consumer contended that the vehicle experienced convertible top problems and brought the vehicle back to the dealership on more than six separate occasions and was out of service over 30 days.

Chevrolet Camaro
Plaintiff motor vehicle purchaser brought a small claims action in the district court (New York) to recover damages after she discovered that the motor vehicle she had purchased from defendant used car dealer or an apparently related enterprise had suffered significant undisclosed damage in a previous accident.
